i still havent received feedback from edgards going on the second month. all documents have been submited, and i promised to get feedback by 3 JAn 2014, Mr. Ndoda Nkulu the manager of Lerapela andhis team promised to resolve the matter till to date i havent seen any changes, do i need to take time off work to get legal advice? maybe i should google consumer act before i go to court, i am not happy as i have stated that my balance is x, i paid x, i should be owing an x amount amount. will i still still wait another day for this matter to be resolved?
