Last week i logged a query with Vodacom and to date no one can advise what the status is of this query - i call in on a daily basis just to be told the call has been logged and someone will attend to it. Tomorrow its a week, i know vodacom is famous for bad service but this is pathetic... so this was posted on the Thursday 24th and today we are not better off than we were on the 18th when we initially logged this query. so there response from Vodacom to say The matter will be escalated and a consultant will be in contact to assist with resolution. on Hello peter means we have read your disgust now sod off. Another reply from Rashied on the 25th read would like to apologise for the inconvenience and the delay in this regard.
As discussed, I have escalated this matter to the Vodacom Direct Sales Team for further investigation and feedback. She gave the number 0822754690 which doesnt work, they dont reply to the email [Email Removed] so how does one actually get some feedback out of this useless lot?
