I recently 07/05/2013 had an incident where my alarm was triggered, but it was a false alarm. My phones were off so the call centre could not get hold of me. So now im sitting at home, waiting for the response team to come out to my premises so I can 1st c their response time, 2nd so that I can tell them its a false alarm etc. Response team never made it to my premises, instead they apparently went to my Neigbours premises which dont even have a security company contracted to their property, NO VISIBLE BOARD ON WALLS ETC... anyway I reported it to both response team Supervisor and Area Manager... the area Manager Willem Burger was suppose to have given me feedback twice already with regards to what exactly happened after his investigation... till this day 15/05/2013 I have not received feedback, so not sure how long the investigation is/will be... and I have sent Willem Burger a reminder with regards to getting back to me with feedback as per HIS WORD
