I booked my sel in for repairs on 03/07/2012 for the 2nd time after 1st repairs was not done correctly. gave 3 numbers to contact me on. the repair center in pta cbd (schoeman & du toit str) sent the notice that the phone is ready to a number that i did not give to them. they then sold the phone with out my informing me of this.
phoned head office. just passing the buck around and around. received e-mail that feed back will be given in 24 hours and till date not one call from them. from last week.
whilst compiling this got another mail stating that my phone Sony Erickson u 10 i will not be replaced with the same model, but with a non commercial phone. all i want is the replacement of my phone that was sold with out my consent or informing me that my phone is ready for collection. sms to the wrong number, this is surely not my fault as there were 2 other numbers given and they did not even try to contact me on those numbers.
please sort this out!!!
