TELKOM MUST BE THE MOST INEPT ORGANIZATION IN THE WORLD. TWO WEEKS AFTER REPORTING MY ADSL IS NOT WORKING, THEY ARE STILL NOT ALE TO FIX IT!!!
HOW ON EARTH ARE BUSINESSES SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE. EVERY DAY I HEAR A DIFFERENT BS STORY AND STILL NOTHING?!?!?
Then they have the audacity to send me a bill for a service I did not receive. On top of that I love how they remind you the call is free from a Telkom line - as if that is an option. THAT IS WHY I CALLED YOU - I CANNOT MAKE CALLS!!!
