8ta UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

THEY DIDNT DEBIT MONEY WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FOR 2 MONTHS AND THEN '' THAT MONEY PLUS FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT TELLING ME THERE WAS A PROBLEM. THE CALL CENTRE ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL!! THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT WARNING ME OR ALERTING ME. AND AFTER THEY '' FROM MY ACCOUNT THEY DIDNT EVEN SWITCH ME BACK ON HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME FOR A PROOF OF PAYMENT. 8 TA TREATS CLIENTS BADLY AND THEY DONT CARE. TO THEM A CUSTOMER IS A BANK ACCOUNT. THEY DONT FOLLOW UP ON CASES. THEY SEEM TO TEACH THEIR CALL CENTRE PEOPLE TO ABOUT MANAGERS WHEREABOUTS. THE MANAGERS NEVER CALL BACK. THEY SAY NO TO EVERYTHING AND NEVER GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE HELPFUL. THEY TOOK MY SONS MONEY. WHAT KIND OF A BUSINESS TAKES A 4 YEAR OLDS MONEY?
