After speaking to 7 different people at the call centre my problem is still not resolved. I have just joined cell c and was hoping for better service then my last provider. Lets see now if this problem gets resolved without costing me money and time. I bought a package that should include 1GB of data, i understand due to me joining on 12 July it will be a pro rata amount, but i only have - 250MB, surely it should be around 750MB
