FURIOUS at DSTV and terrible service

This has been going on for 3 grueling months. I used to never have an issue with DSTV other than the they play over and over and over and over and over. I guess its still better than free TV.

I always paid my account via debit order, meaning I didnt worry about it, its sorts itself out... Right? Wrong!
One month I didnt have enough money in the account. So needless to say the debit order didnt go off successfully. Do you think DSTV would notify me? NOPE. they would rather just STOP the debit order service all together, making me a cash client. AND NOT TELL ME. So here I am, watching tv the next month, thinking everything is fine, not a clue in the world that my DSTV is about to be disconnected.

They disconnect it, I call, furious at them, they tell me i am a cash customer and have failed to pay. They money is in my account btw. I Tell them to put me back on debit order. And I pay the stupid reconnection fee, thats not my fault to begin with!

So I'm thinking everyhting is fine, im back on debit order... NOPE. They took me off debit order for no reason AGAIN, and did not tell me, disconnecting me AGAIN!!! when i call and tell them i want them to fix it, they dont care!
