Extremely annoyed and disappointed

I am extremely annoyed and agitated with Telkom Mobile. This is unacceptable.

My debit order which was set for the 15th bounced. I was going to deposit the money immediately, however usually when debit orders bounce they try to debit a few days later therefore I waited and made sure there was money in that account. As I had suspected 10 days later they did the debit again. Great stuff - it was paid successfully.

However in only 10 days they have handed my account over and suspended my account so I cannot make OR receive calls.

Don't you think this is a bit too soon and far too drastic? It's not acceptable. I am furious. I have telkom landlines and other telkom contracts too which are always paid on time. This was not only my first offense but you did NOT contact me AT ALL for any money, you re-debited my account successfully, nobody warned me it would be suspended and nobody gave me a fair warning to pay first. Is this how you handle your new, well paying clients? Not even one call or email from you, just suspend. Nice!

To top it off, you received your money a week ago and my account is STILL suspended. I'll be sure to cancel all my contracts as soon as they are done!
