Cant return debit orders

This morning I was woken up by a debit order that went off, I thought it was my usual debit order until I saw that R399.00 went off my account twice. I called Capitec Bank call centre they were un-helpfull, arrogant and had a stinking attitude. I asked a simple request that a debit order be returned on my own account and was refused. Their Branch in Parow had a even worse attitude while talking to her she didnt even give me a chance to speak to her, I am a customer, I should not be told that I cannot stop or return a debit order on MY OWN ACCOUNT!!! I placed my money in their bank because it is there for safe keeping so that I can access it anytime, not any random person can just debit my account without authorisation. When you go to any bank you can return a debit but not this bank, you need to call the people responsible yourself or when you call the callcentre what you problem is you get told you have to wait. It is unacceptable that the customer has to call self for the query, get a letter concerning your own money, I want my money baCk without any hastle!!
