Too much deduction

They send sms that they will deduct the money on the 5/9/2013 the was no money that day on my account then I phone 081 180 I told them that I will make a payment on the 13/9/2013 they give me the account number and the reference and I did deposit that money at absa bank but every week fridays they will put throught a debit order on my account and the bank charge me R115 x 3 13, 20, 25 for that then I receive a message that 30/09/2013 they will deduct 396.50 as the account was up to date but they deduct R1333 on my account I phone and send email to them but they dont reply or send my refund back as some of the account I didnt pay them due to all this deduction they tell me that I already pay for october which is nonsense I told them that I want my money they dont want to transfer me to Sizwe they said he will phone me when will be that because they must give me the bank charges R345 as they debit the account while I paid them and R937 from that R1333 and stop sending the sms that I dint pay R396.50 while they took R13333 and when you do the self service this 396.50 is sill showing as if I didnt pay while I did pay them and the was a time whre they took 937 * 2 in my account they mus
