Poor after service

I opened a contract by Cell C about two months ago and they advised me they will debit on the 15th of each month. They never did debit the money and then sent me messages stating that my account will be suspended if i do not make a payment. I went into the Golden Acre Branch and they said they cannot help me but instead phoned the promenade branch who told me that my account will not be suspended as the fault is on their side. they also said that a debit will be made but she cant tell me when. My bank account once again was not debited and my account was suspended. i then called into the call centre and the person i spoke to kept insisting that i didnt have the money in the account even though i Had more than enough money for the debit since the day i opened the contract. she said i need to make a manual payment before they can clear my account. i got the banking details by the promenade branch and then deposited the money into their account and took the depoist slip to the branch. No money was debited from my account yet and i today again received a message stating that my account will once again be suspended.
