BAD SERVICE!!! REF:3092702732

My account with Cell C has been debited twice in August! On the 15th and 26th. I went to the bank and they confirmed the double debit order. I paid my new invoice for September by eft and faxed the proof of payment to Cell C, after also sending them my bankstatement to show them the double debit order, i sircled and highlighted the debit orders for them, i showed them that my bank balance reduced after the debit order went off on the 15th, BUT THEY DONT UNDERSTAND!! and now they suspended my cellphone services and my account is paid up to date. They tried 3 more times to debit my account after the first payment went off, and now they are concentrating so hard on the debit orders that returned that their'e totally overlooking the debit order that did went through. I mean, if the bank confirmed the double debit order, whats cell c's problem then, arent their people educated enought to handle this kind of problems. They are fast to take your money but slow to give it back, you dont get through to their call centre, they're always having high call volumes and can't take your call, signal is bad and sometimes get an attitude as well. i'm definately cancelling my contract when it expires
