Incorrect charges taken of my bank account

8ta recently contacted me regarding an upgrade. I recently got a sms telling me that they are going to debit my bank account with R400 more than they should have. I made severals calls to their call centre and was told that the debit order would go thru on the 31st and that they would immediately after that credit my bank account with the R400. Of course this did not happen. It does not help that you credit my 8ta account. I need the money in my bank account - that was what was supposed to have been arranged by your call centre agents. I cannot wait for months to get my money back. Other debit orders will not be paid if I don't have the money back in my account by the 5th, Why did the agent who originally deal with this and the people in accounts who worked with the original not do a proper job? I will go to the bank and will have the debit order reversed if I have no response to this by 10 o'clock tomorrow morning.
