Move of ADSL not done

I moved from Eversdal to Stellenberg (1.1km) at end of June 2013. On 2nd July 2013 I requested the ADSL line to be moved to my new address. I received a sms confirmation that the move will be done on 10 July. On the 10th the Telkom technician went to a private house that is right next door to my Townhouse Complex because the Telkom operator that took down my details for the move, did it incorrectly!

The Telkom technician then phoned my cellphone and just left a message that I had to phone Telkom again and reschedule. I did that and since then have had such a run around and STILL NO LINE!!

I phone at least 3 times a week and every time it is the same routine with the automated selections, holding on, verify details etc etc. I have had so many promises.

Even did a complaint email to escalate the issue on 25 July and received a read reply on the 26th. But STILL NO LINE, NO REPLY!!

Meanwhile I get new offers by phone from Telkom and I complain to them. Still nothing.

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! And I just wonder if I am going to receive a bill as well,

PLEASE HELP!
