Telkom Keep Changing Dates for line movement

We move premises (Applied 8 Octorber), were promised installation on the 10th October, Telkom did not pitch. Went to the Telkom Service centre on the 10th, and we got rescheduled for the 11th, Received a confirmation SMS from Telkom, still Telkom do not pitch, not even a call to reschedule. Phoned the call centre again this Morning (14Th Oct), get again rescheduled to the 15th? Come-on Telkom!!! In the meantime the business is without telephones, crecit card facilities and ADSL, we resolved to 3G costing more than a R1000 per day. I took leave for 3days only for Telkom to Reschedule.
