Approximately 3months ago i took out a topup contract at MTN at the branch in Shortmarket street in cape town CBD. Upon taking the contract i advised that i had a prepaid number that i wanted to use.since this number did not belong to me, the store requested a letter and id as permission to use this number which was dropped off at the store the following day.after numerous visits to the store, no-one could confirm when my request would be actioned whenever i went to the store for feedback, their attitude was very nonchalant and lacked urgency. Now 3 months later i receive an email saying it cant be done.all i want for: the sim swap to be done .clearly the people at the store do not know how to do the sim swap
