Booked an ADSL installation for 26 Sept and received a sms from Telkom confirming it. Took the 26th off work but Telkom did not arrive. Later received a phone call from Telkom confirming the installation for the 2nd Oct. Denies all knowledge of the sms re the 26th Sept. The sms from 012 311 7 514 on 17-09-2013 at 13.37 reads: Dear ..., your installation for order (8576444..) is scheduled for (20130926 Full day.)... Regards, Telkom
