After 3 complaints and reference numbers NOBODY has done anything to resolve my issues with CELL C
14 June, 24 June - promised reponses remaining EMPTY.
This weekend I was in Port Elizabeth where I was told by a wonderful assistant at Cell C The Bridge that there are two techicians who assist clients in PE by actually going out to meet and resolve issues.
She then informed me that there ARE problems with i-Phone 5's and Cell C.
Today I was standing next to a Cell C Client in JHB who was connected.
I was not.
I could winge on and on but it seems to fall on DEAF EARS.
Look at t he History.
Kindly Resolve as promised.
