To whom it may concern

I am dissastified with the service of both Nokia and Vodacom, I bought a Nokia Lumia 800 few months ago-early this year to be exact at CNA and I am thinking of buying a Samsung cell phone as I can't use cellphone banking, check my promotional data bundles, personal my ringtone, send songs (because my Bluetooth malfunctions at times) with/on my Nokia Lumia 800. I went several times to both Nokia and Vodacom outlets (in Hatfield, Centurion and Pretoria Central) but was disappointed as I didn't get much help as both parties were blaming each other. After a month of buying the phone it stopped working and was unrepairable, therefore I was given a new one but still i was not happy at all (I am really frustated). As a Nokia customer I am so disappointed with this new phones especially my Nokia Lumia 800 and I dont think I will buy a Nokia phone any time soon unless proven otherwise.
