I gave in my Nokia Lumia 920 on 19-10-2013, George Garden Route Mall, the speaker was broken and because of this it was handed in for repairs, I was asked to sign a form for the backup that was going to be made before phone repairs and on the page given to me it stated that I handed them a BLACK phone. On 05-11-2013 I received a message that my phone was ready for collection, I went in on the 06-11-2013 to pick it up and was given a WHITE Lumia 920 with blue screen protector. The consultant told me that it was a second hand phone that has already been repaired and it was already switched on. I unwillingly took it, she also told me that the data backup had failed and they weren't able to retrieve any of my info. I took the phone back the next day and was told by customer care, which I contacted in the mean time that I should give in the phone so they could send it away for advanced repairs. After a few days they informed me that the phone was unrepairable. During my visits to Vodacom all staff refused to assist. On 18-11-2013 phone was ready for pickup, I went in on the same day and yet again got a WHITE Lumia 920, I refused to take the phone. This type of service is unacceptable!
