NOKIA LUMIA ISSUES

I took in the nokia lumia on 09 August 2013, this was not the first time i took in this phone for repairs. Job number 9101646, this time i needed its software to be upgraded because i couldnt do much with it.i got an sms on 29 August 2013 that the phone is due for collection.i went in today at about 11:30 and i finally got to the counter at 12:00.The person who helped me, Patricia started the process of releasing my phone, to ensure that i dont come back, i asked her to switch it on and check the software upgrade and if everything that i requested is done. The phone couldnt switch on and even when they tried to charge it.the phone went to vodacom with a battery that was working well and the charging system could work also. I have lost more than an hour of my work to go to vodacom. This up and down to vodacom and paying monthly for a phone that is not working is costing my business a lot and worse, i still have to pay for the use of this phone for all these weeks that i dont use it for. I believe its only fair for vodacom to accept that this lumia they sold me is useless, apologise and compensate me.if the phone is not useless, then the staff is incompetent. The phone is booked for 7-14days!!
