Nokia Lumia 920 functionalty issues
I bought my phone end of February and its in for repairs now.
Funny that I went to Edgards in Sandton yesterday and they told me that, to take the phone for repairs it will take 4 -6 weeks. And ill be without a phone for that long and i have spend that much on a phone... Or I have an option to take it myself that way it will be faster (CUSTOMERT SERVICE) we buy these expensive phones and really you do not get joy out of it.
And today I went to MTN Repairs on the queue 3 people there are taking their Nokia Lumia for repairs how weird is that!!!
You can see all these phones are new everyone is complaining, I think its high time Nokia take responsibility and do something about it... If TOYOTA is able to do that and recall cars with Fault, they can do that same. How many times do I have to take my phone for repairs after this am really SCARED!!!
