POOR SERVICE

I Recently upgraded my cellphone contract with MTN and took out a samsung galaxy S4 - Unfortunately the phone had fallen and the screen cracked, Itook it to the boksburg MTN repair centre and had the screen replaced in about 5 days under samsung warrenty, however when i switched the phone on i Noticed a dot on the screen (which caught my attention) - not how i remember the phone working - i booked it in for the second time, i visited the reair center about 3 days later - i was told that there is no fault found on the phone, i asked to speak to the supervisor and i was told that i would recieve a call from Him/Her- no call recieved up till today - Furious I then took the phone back to MTN east rand mall on friday the 12/07 where it was purchased - told them i cannot use the device and it needs to be repaired or replaced as am not happy with the conditon, Daren @ MTN (very helpful and explained the process .) said he will send it direct to samsang, its been 3 working days (inc friday) and no call recieved from anyone regarding this matter . - i tried calling the number for MTN ERM - but there is no answer. Awaiting a reply.
