I gave in my phone for a cracked screen at the samsung repair centre in boksburg last week wednesday 18/09/13. I was told it could be done while I wait but they don't have stock of the screen and it would be two days. The lady also said I can be glad it is 'n black galaxy s4 because there is no white stock available in the country. On Friday the 20th I phoned and was told no stock yet repair is still pending. I also phone friday before closing time and they told me they send someone to fetch the screens because the courier did not deliver. Saturday I went to the shop and the phone was not repaired. The lady then told me that there is no black screens available and they don't know when it wil be back in stock. she also said that there are 300 galaxy s4 phones to repair. I did ask why is there so many s4 phones to repair and she said the screens are very fragile. Now my question is if it is so fragile why don't samsung make sure that there are enough parts available. The galaxy s4 is one of the best phones I ever had. I do all my business on it and plan my year. It is now monday and I phoned this morning and was told they don't know when stock of the black screens wil be back
