I upgraded my cellphone contract in May 2013. I changed from a Blackberry to a Samsung as there was so much "hoo ha" about the Samsung S4. What I can tell you is that I am not happy with my phone at all. within a week of receiving the phone, it accidently fell and the screen cracked. Fortunately this was replaced for free. Today, my phone once again accidently fell and the screen cracked once again. Everyone else with other brands of phones have said that they drop their phone all the time and nothing happens to the screen. I can vouch for this as I must have dropped my Blackberry tons of times without cracking the screen. This is such bad quality. I will never buy a Samsung phone again ever.
