Samsung i9300 was booked in at the BP in East Rand Mall on 5 September 2013, send for repairs, the screen was cracked and we requested it to be replaced under the insurance. Received a sms from head office / repair centre on 13/10/2013 that the repaired handset will be at the BP in 4 working days, kept on phonining the BP and they keep on telling us it is either by the repairs still or with insurance to approve the claim. Then why send a sms and a month later the phone is still not at the BP.Finally after getting upset, they found the phone and it was delivered the following day. Went to collect the phone on 14/11/2013 and the ringer is not working, the phone does not ring, you can hear the caller and the caller can hear you, was told that WE need to take it to Samsung to sort out as it might be something small. WHY was a full spec check not done before it left the repair centre. Now we have to run around and get it sorted. We are not able to do so and re-booked the unit in on same day we collect it to wait another month. Unacceptable. We want our phone repaired and back in the next week it needs to be replaced with a new one and Autopage can sort out their repair issues.
