I had my Samsung Note II repaired for a cracked screen. After aprox 2-3 weeks the screen went blank. The phone was once again sent in for repair. It was repaired and seemed to be working fine but now the screen has a blurry spot. This happened after I had replaced the battery cover.
I cannot send in this phone once again for repairs. This being the 3rd time as it takes more than 6 weeks for me to get my phone back and I am not offered an equivalent replacement phone.
Can the faulty phone be replaced? I will even accept the older model of the Note or can the repair be expedited to at least 7 days. I do have C Cover insurance with Cell C.
