To whom it may concern
two weeks ago i called the call center to apply for a contract, my details were taken down and i was given a reference number and told my application is pending. days later i called to find out the status and i was told that i needed to fax through my bank statement. For close to a week i tried faxing and no answer, kept calling and was told to keep trying. got tired and i called again, a lady gave me an email to send to, did that and still no reply. i do not know what to do now, not too impressed. went in-store and was told my application has expired.
