To Whom it may concern

I have a Samsung S3 for a yr until it heated up while charging.
I was told by MTN Bayside that it was my battery but when i took it into the repair center in Montague Gardens i was told 3 days later that no assessment will take place due to my screen being cracked!! Can someone please explain the LOGIC in what that has to do with my BATTERY???
Then the consultant still had a attitude telling me that his phone also fell & his screen never cracked!
Its not my fault Samsung screen does not seem to be GORILLA GLASS after all!!

I have never heard of an item not being assessed due to physical damage but what if it is just a battery???
Do i as client paying monthly for a contract phone just sit back & accept this RIDICULOUS POLICY???
MTN management could not even assist.
Its like going to a car dealer & having your tires replaced but then get told that because your shocks is damage you have to pay R3000 before your tires can be replaced!!!
ARE THEY SERIOUS???

Can someone please advise because this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
