I got a huge bill from my cell provider and when I phoned to ask what is going on they told me its a subscription that takes about R7 per day from my cell account. I have no knowledge of this and I got a number to phone from my cell provider to find out who this is because the cell provider can not cancel it. When I phoned I got information that this was Kulaville. They already took about R300 from my account. This is absolutely unacceptable. If I didn't pick this up myself they would have gone on to take my money for who knows how long... I wonder if they will refund me...
