KULAVILLE UNAUTHORIZED BILLING

Today we received our cell phone bill and discovered a content charge of R147.36. MTN supplied us with Kulaville's number to try and find out what this was for. We were told that my husband had subscribed to a social network on the 20th of march 2013. This would be impossible as he was on our farm in the Karoo at the time where cell phone reception is very poor and connecting to a website impossible due to the bad signal.
After requesting we be refunded we were told that you have proof of him subscribing.

I suggest you get your facts straight and figure out a way to refund us. I will now have to get proof of subscription and check, as suggest by a comment made on hellopeter, if there was an active data connection at that time and If an IP address is provided, to verify if we used that IP address.

There clearly is a problem with your company. Please respond with a solution.

PS - will I now have to be vigilant and check our cell account daily if you people are more of our money?
