Cell C has allowed th3ft out of my account. MIRA networks has been taking money out of my account since November 2012. They allege that I subscribed to a content service from kulaville . com. My handset dates back to 2001 and is incapable of sending or receiving WAP related content.
MIRA (0861106472) referred me to Kulaville . com (note remove spaces in the URL) and their number 0105008164 just cuts off. Since Cell C has debited my account on behalf of 3rd parties, Cell C is responsible to take ownership of the problem and provide a refund.
If you are unwilling to assist, then please cancel all 7 of my contract lines with immediate effect.
