Subscription to my phone with Kulavile

Some how my phone was subscribed to this kulavile which has been taking money from my cellphone every single day, i would recharge with 1R00, within 2 days it's gone, i have asked MTN to investigate the matter and the consultant i spoke too did not even know where or what to do and told me to check my billing statement and i must investigate further and the was nothing about kulaville on my statement. I received an sms from kulaville and unsubscribed hoping this will put end to this, but i noticed after few days that my money is still been taken. MTN is not protecting it's clients information hence you get such, i want my money back cause i did not agree for my information to be shared with third parties.
