I had a 10gig contract and before it expired in April 2013 I confirmed with several of the sales and tech staff if I can continue with the service on a month to month basis and they all confirmed that it will be fine to do so. Since May 2013 I have had almost no internet service.
I have contacted the costumer service center several times and is still waiting for feedback. I later went to the 8ta store and bought a new modem E3131 and is still have the same problem.
I feel like I'm getting robbed, here I pay my account ever month but I'm getting no service.
