I took my phone in to the vodacom store as requested by the customer care consultant Rochel, but the DATA consultant could not help me, she mentioned she does not know how to move the contacts and that i should take it to Midrand. why do you sell blackberry products if you cant support them at your stores?
i have a new phone sitting in my draw for the past 2 weeks that i cant use.
thanks you vodacom for spoiling my day. crapiest service provider ever
P.S. Rochell mentioned she is going on leave, there was no consultant assisgned to check if my query was sorted.
