Upon my upgrade on Vodacom from BlackBerry to Iphone, the consultant in Vodacom did not deactivate my BlackBerry BES.I didn't even knew what this was until I inquired at Vodacom Shop on Thursday in Shelly Beach Mall as to why my Billing is much more than what was agreed upon, the consultant explained that the BES is still active. He helped me to deactivate this and said I must take it up with Vodacom ito refund. I phoned Vodacom today and the consultant said NO REFUNDS payable! "I should have phoned to deactivate the device! " No-one consulted me to do this. I am not the only one, we are three in our family that upgraded and none of us were consulted to do so... I wonder how many people get caught like this?
