No Clue of Blackberry products

To whom it may concern

i was informed that MTN currently offers a service in their stores whereby customers that have purchased new Blackberry phones could move their data and BBM CONTACTS seemlesly between their old BB's and New BB's. I spoke to a few freinds and was informed that Vodacom also offers this service. I visited the Vodacom branch at my place of employment to enquire if they offered this as i had picked my new Blackberry 2 days ago. To my amazement the sale women informed that this is not availalbe and that i would have to re-invite all 200 BB contacts and load all my groups again.

I know for a fact that this is not true as my partner did this 6 months back, and she did not have to re-invite her contacts. So for a person that works for Vodacom to say this is absolutely amazing as they are the ones who sell your products. You guys really need to train your staff.

BTW, i am still not using my new phone, due to the fact that my BBM contacts cannot move from my old phone. if i had a choice i would move to another service provide
