On Saturday 25 May 2013 I called Vodacom data support to activate a 500mb data bundle on my contract. I asked the consultant if I would receive pro rata data for the remainder of the month and she confirmed that I would within the next hour to 24 hours. Today 27 May I called data support again to find out why I did not receive my pro rata data and she said because it is a month to month bundle and there is no pro rata. Vodacom must start to give proper training to their consultants to give the right info to the customer. I WANT MY PRO RATA DATA AS MENTIONED BY THE CONSULTANT ON SATURDAY A.S.A.P!!!
