I lodged my complaint at the end of June on Hellopeter. I received a phone call 2 days later by Vodacom indicating that a credit on my account will be done by 4 July 2013 as a mistake was made by Vodacom when I upgraded my package. I recieved my new account and no credits were added to my account.
Several compalints, plenty of promises, but still POOR SERVICE and no action!!! i really want to change to another service provider!!!
