I handed over my phone for repairs to the MTN shop on 30/05/2013. I was advised that it takes 3 weeks. I went back after 3 weeks and they said they'll follow-up with the repairs centre and call me. They didnt call and I went back the following week and received the same feedback. And I logged a complaint on MTN website, they gave me a contact number for their repairs department. I called the number but they can't find my IMEI number in their system. I went back to the shop last Monday they said some1 went to the repair centre to fetch the phones and they'll call me I don't have to come to the shop. Until now I haven't received their call.
