I have been experiencing problems with data connection in my area. Whilst the signal is strong, I experience very slow and/or intermittent connection to the internet. In my attempts to resolve this problem, I interacted with numerous people and for more than four months I have been passed from pillar to post, without resolution. I posted my story on your Facebook page, where you can read all about it. (1200 characters here are not enough). The reference number provided by your call centre is 3060500955; I was later sent another case number SD10788. I no longer have patience and demand my money back. You might be the cheapest for data but I paid the price - I cannot use it! Can someone help me please?
