I received a call from the repairs centre on Friday 01/03. When I answered, no-one responded and then they dropped the call. I followed up on Monday 04/03 with the repairs centre, they said they would call that same day to verify the booking in of my cell phone for repairs. Nothing.
Now I tried phoning through the call centre, have to give my cell number, ID number and address a hundred times, get put through to the repairs centre. Wait for someone to pick up for 8 minutes. Eventually I gave up, because honestly, I have work to do.
I WANT TO FOLLOW UP ON WHERE MY CELL PHONE IS, IF YOU DON'T MIND!!! It went a week ago, and I still have no idea what's going on.
