Non-Delivery of Samsung 40' 3D TV

3 months ago I took out a MTN 2GB data contract (I already have 2 other data lines and 3 voice lines all on contract with MTN).

3 months down the line I still do not have the Samsung 40" 3D UA40es6200 TV that was part of the contract. All I get is empty promises and sometimes from both MTN and Brightpoint (the courier) for the TV. I have made numerous calls and visits to the MTN Centurion branch (where I signed the contract), but it has all been a waste of time and money.

Their supposed courier-Brightpoint is even more pathetic. Their phone 011 928 8370 is never answered (sometimes I used to call them as many as 20 times). I eventually resorted to sending them an email 2 months ago. Then somebody called me and said the TV was delivered to me but they could not locate my address-how pathetic-every week I have stuff couriered to me, even then nobody attempted to call me!

they then promised delivery would be made within 5 days. 5 days has now turned into 2 months with all sorts of excuses being given including that Samsung has no stock of the UA40es6200 3D TV. What a pain it has been dealing MTN and Brightpoint. MTN, where is my TV? Tell me where it is, I can fetch it on my own!
