48 Hours turn around time??? I AM STILL WAITING

Okay so Vodacom Thanks for getting back to me. I have worked for a vodacom store myself so I know what the level of service is supposed to be. I took out 2 contracts in Descember 2012. Had finacial difficulties so my line got deleted and I had to pay monies. I was advised earlier June by Dully a call centre agent that I must pay R1754 end june when I called again I was told to pay reconnection fees R275 R275 And another subscrision fee of - R480. All an All added to -R2792 I went and paid R2800! So went in mall at reds store activated everything HAPPY! ALL This happend on the 25 of June 2013 store manager tjokkie said he would send documents and everything is fine. My account nr is I34492378.3 Days later a brand new number is activated!!! And now it is my problem I signed up for 2 contracts and now have 3 contracts which I didn't even apply for WHO IS HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MESS ME? I logged a dispute 05/07/2013 no one came back to me monday 08/07/2013 I went instore where I received a commication that my matter will be resolved in 24 working hours it now is 72 hours and still didnt hear anything.!! Also it is said I am in arrearsof - R1750.I thought I paid everything?
