On 02.05.13 I signed up a contract with MTN for a router with 2 gigs of internet and a 40 inch TV.
I have had nothing but problems and complaints for the moment I signed the papers.
I only received my router a month later on 06.06.13 and then was told that the TV will be delivered within 14 days. Will today is 15.08.13 and I am still waiting.
The communication with MTN is shocking, they never answer their phones and empty promises of "I will call you back"
I am now beyond fed up and went into the store on 08.08.13 to cancel this contract (three months later) - and might I mention that my account has been debited then entire time without receiving all the goods!
I am told today by Reeveshka that this contract cannot be cancelled - this is absolute non-sense and I suggest your "regional manger" which this situation has apparently been informed of yet have not heard a word from gets working on this as I am about to take this to my lawyers!!
