I booked my cell phone in for repairs as it was not charging. MTN reported that "the phone was uneconomical to repair" and reported that due to "physical damage" they will not replace the phone. The cell phone in only about a year old and I believe that it is still under warranty. MTN you need to replace the handset. Stop making excuses about physical damage so you do not have to replace and thereby save money. How did you arrive at the deduction that the phone was" physically dmaged" What investigations did you carry out to arrive at that conclusion. Stop passing the buck to get out of replacing the phone.
