I took a contract with Vodacom on 16th June 2012 @ Vodashop, Clearwater Mall for Dell Notebook with a 3GIG data TOPUP. My monthly bill worked out R479 everything included. I have to paid addittional R115 for sim..which is fine! Unfortunately there was no stock & we had to go back the next Sat to do the transaction (23/6/2012). After 10 days I received a account of R1038 and I did a enquiry at Vodashop Clearwater mall and Head office... their responce is they could do nothing! I have to query at the shop where we did the transaction. After many calls to this shop we spoke to Jason and Michael... and at the end we have to get back to Clearwater mall to exchange the sim card! I paid another R105 for a new new sim card... because they make a fault on their system and NOW I have to paid for their fault... which is UNFAIR.
Then they did the correction but never ever give me credit for the R1038. after they make many promises to do the correction or give me a credit for this amount of R1038... that never happened!
We phone every second day to remind and ask these guys about this matter and every time it is just empty
promises... they cut my service on Dec.2012 and blacklisted me.
