Staff dont know what they are doing!!

It would seem that Vodacom can't employ competent staff. I got a BlackBerry 10 as an upgrade, from (Cresta mall) was told the BIS service is not available on new contracts. We said ok give data bundle and cancel the BIS, 4 months later I AM STILL PAYING for a service I don't have!!! Then I upgraded my data package got a new tablet. The behind the counter told me my old Sim card will work. No it didn't. I go to another shop, told them what tablet I got, asked for a Sim swop, they couldn't confirm what Sim had to be used! Why sell products you don't know!!! Anyhow, so I went to Clearwater mall to do Sim swap. Funny, I got the new Sim and when I went home, the cancelled both sim cards!!!

Vodacom, you make enough money to have better staff. Totally totally disgusted!
