I'm so fed up with edgars, a while back i went to keywest edgars to do some shopping for an interview i was going to. I didn't find anything i liked so i asked them to check what my limit is so that i can go to clearwater mall. I had about R600 available, i went to edgars in clearwater only to discover i had no limit left. Last week i phoned to get a limit increase and the person that helped me said that my credit record does not allow it. Now i work for the bank and i know for a fact that there is nothing wrong with my credit limit, this has been a problem for a few months now and no one can assist me. All they say is the system doesn't allow it. Today i tried to make a purchase at clearwater again, were i was told that i didn't pay my account and have to pay in. I paid thisaccount last week. So how is that possible. I'm to sick and tired that edgars makes a fool of me every single time i try to shop there. I always pay my account on time and more than i should, why must i beseech a loyal client to you but you treat me like rubbish???
